for a recommended guide.
Before boarding one of our De Havilland Beavers or De
Havilland Otter and heading for your drop off point, you will receive orientation on the
area you will be hunting. Drop off points are ideally located in the major
migration routes and caribou are routinely harvested within a short
distance from camp. Your hunt can be customized for any particular hunting
needs.
Alaska weather is unpredictable with temperatures varying
from 20F to 60F or higher.
Hunters must be prepared with good rain gear and clothing. If your trip is
delayed by weather, we will do all we can to assist your stay Bettles.
For the past 20 years our goal has been to give hunters a
high quality and successful hunt.
We invite you to come and join us. You will be glad you did.

Jay & Judy,
After Jay suggested to my partner, Ty Moffett, that he could get us
out to hunt if we could extend an extra day, well, our lives took a
different course. When I got back to Eagle River, my local taxidermist
wanted to know about my hunt. He wanted details, so I told him. "That
first bull is special", he said.
He's right of course. A heartfelt thanks to you both for understanding
our priorities and the quick thinking that made our first bulls
possible. You saved our hunt. Ty and I found every aspect of flying
with Brooks Range Aviation to be first class. Thank you so much and I
will be flying with you again next time I head that way.
Best wishes,
Dwight Gurley
